A great place to look for wedding design inspiration is in the art and design world. A personal favorite is Dutch designer Tord Boontje, whose work is the perfect juxtaposition of the natural and technological. I particularly love his use of laser cutting with the Until Dawn Curtain. Imagine a row of these as the backdrop to your ceremony, with the setting sun creating intriguing shadows through the panels. I also particularly love the Garland Light (above right) made from lasercut steel which can be wrapped and shaped in a variety of ways. It comes in a few other colors (such as silver and black) and can be used as lighting, or could even be artfully used as part of a table scape.
